About
I’m Mila. I’ve crossed into the unknown four times.
Serbia, Israel, Germany, Portugal. Each move meant a new language, a new culture and a new way of working. Along the way I spent over a decade in tech and startups, bringing order to teams in chaos.
Today I help founders, leaders and teams find their way from uncertainty to clarity.

Why Estrela
Estrela means star. Before maps covered the oceans, navigators leaving this river steered by the stars. That’s the role I want to play: a fixed point to steer by when the way ahead is unclear.
