This belief has shaped my life and work. Change is the only constant in life, as a wise Greek philosopher once said. Sometimes, we seek change. Sometimes, it seeks us.
From a young age, I’ve found it challenging, and at other times, I’ve embraced it. Recently, my focus has shifted toward helping others navigate it, whether it’s building a life abroad, changing careers, or simply stepping into something new.
My motivation is to smoothen out the impact of a change on individuals and teams by finding the balance between change and routine. Sometimes in life, things feel stuck, as if they’re not changing at all. Other times, things are changing too fast or too often, and we might get lost. Either way, it can feel that we don’t have control, and that could be scary. During turbulent times, we can establish routines and habits that provide a sense of stability.
