This belief has shaped my life and work. I’ve been inspired by change since childhood, challenged by it, and moved to help others navigate it—whether it’s crossing borders, shifting careers, or simply stepping into something new.
I spend my time focusing on things that change because I believe it’s inevitable, and I want to smooth out the impact of a change on people and teams. Sometimes in life, things feel stuck, as if they’re not changing at all. Other times, things are changing too fast or too often, and we might get lost. We don’t necessarily have control over it, but we can control how it impacts us. During turbulent times, we can establish routines and habits that provide a sense of stability.
Extending my career with various skills led me to a portfolio career where I wear can hats including: coach, facilitator, mentor, agile practitioner, project manager, and quality assurance. I help people and teams to build, maintain and grow the feeling of belonging in life and at work.
