Change has always called me — across countries, roles, and ways of being.
I’m someone who was always drawn to change. I have lived in 4 countries for long periods and stepped into new professions. I’ve spent much of my life navigating transitions.
Some changes I chose. Others chose me. Each one shaped how I move through uncertainty.
And I discovered something essential: while change can be exciting, it also brings uncertainty and the need for structure and stability.
I’ve learned to create structure and rhythm — even while everything else is shifting.
Building frameworks that bring clarity to complexity – creating new routines in a foreign country or helping a team create stability in a highly dynamic environment.
I know what it means to start over — and how powerful it is to feel rooted again.
It starts by questioning who you are when the cultural cues and networks you once relied on are no longer there.
I know how it feels to walk into new spaces and wonder how you fit in – and I know how powerful it can be to create stability in the middle of that uncertainty.
I help people and teams navigate change — with clarity, structure, and compassion.
I believe that change and stability don’t have to be opposites—they can coexist, and when they do, they open up space for growth, creativity, and lasting transformation.
